Privacy policy: Solo Autopilot

Solo Autopilot is an educational Instagram account about workflow automation for solo service businesses. This policy covers the account, its link page and the small app we use to publish to our own Instagram account.
What we collect
- Link page visits. When you open our link page or one of its links, our web server records a standard access log: the date and time, the page or link opened, your IP address and request details your browser sends, such as browser/user-agent information, the referring page and language preferences. Cookie and authorization header values are redacted from access logs. We use it only to count how many times each link is opened. The page sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers or advertising scripts.
- Instagram comments and messages. If you comment on one of our posts asking for a link, our app can read that comment and send you one private reply with the link you asked for. The app reads comments only on our own posts. It keeps the comment ID and the date only as long as it needs to avoid replying twice, and never longer than 90 days.
- Our own account statistics. The app reads Instagram's statistics for our own posts, such as views, saves and shares. These are totals about our posts, not information about individual viewers.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or share your information. We don't build profiles of people. We don't use it for advertising, and we run no ads.
Affiliate links
Some links on our page are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission. When you leave our page, the site you visit (for example Make or Systeme.io) has its own privacy policy, which governs what it collects.
How long we keep it
Access logs rotate when the active file reaches 10 MB. The active file remains until rotation; at most 10 rotated files are retained, and rotated files older than 90 days are removed during rotation. Counts of link opens, which identify no one, may be kept longer.
Your choices and deletion
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email privacy@getsoloautopilot.com and tell us your Instagram username or the approximate date you visited. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also delete your comment on Instagram at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
